How to Manage the Newsletter Subscribers List

You can add unsubscribe users, delete them from the subscribers list or export your subscribers list from the Magento 2 backend.

To manage the subscribers list, go to Marketing => Newsletter Subscribers (under Communications).

Select the users you want to make changes for and from the Actions drop-down list choose:

  • Unsubscribe to unsubscribe the users from your newsletter subscribers list.

You can export your subscribers list to a file in CSV or Excel XML format. Choose the format you want to export the list in from the Export to: drop down list and click on Export button.
